Partnership fights illegal dumping in southeastern Ohio

ATHENS — A group of southeastern Ohio partners is collaborating to fight the illegal dumping of tires, mattresses and other household junk. It’s a new approach to an old problem. And although it might be too soon to assess how well the fight is going, the cooperating participants are hopeful.
