Parking changes for Short North go into effect Monday

COLUMBUS, Ohio — There are new changes coming to parking prices in the Short North.A new round of changes are being introduced Monday based on suggestions and feedback from Short North businesses and neighbors.Some of those changes include:Lowering the 24-hour resident guest pass rate from $6 to $3Reducing the Goodale Street meter rates to $1/hourRemove time limit restrictions
