Parents suing district, superintendent over molestation case at Olentangy elementary school

Parents of three former Arrowhead Elementary students in Delaware County are now suing Matthew Rausenberg, the school district, the superintendent and former district leaders in a federal court.Rausenberg is the former Olentangy Local Schools teacher who was convicted of sexually assaulting children in the classroom.The lawsuit alleges the district and school administrators failed to act after learning of inappropriate behavior in his classroom.Rausenberg was sentenced to life in prison in Janua
