Parents concerned about plans for elementary schools pack Hilliard school board meeting

HILLIARD, Ohio - Many parents were at the Hilliard school board meeting Monday.Several stood in the hallway, waiting for their chance to speak.The Hilliard School District is planning major changes to a few elementary schools.Starting in 2020, Britton Elementary will educate kindergarten through second graders, and Norwich Elementary will hold third through fifth graders.Parents say that is too many changes in a short time for their children.“It's an absolute boiling over of frustration th
