Parade kicks off Quarter Horse Congress

The clip-clop of horses’ hooves trotting down High Street this morning marked the start of the American Quarter Horse Congress. Mayor Michael B. Coleman and other local and state officials joined Ohio Quarter Horse Association members on horseback, donning denim, show jackets and cowboy hats, before dismounting at City Hall.
