Owner troubled recycling sites agrees to clean up properties

A year after a blaze destroyed a South Side recycling site, the owner has agreed to clean up his properties and keep them safe. Franklin County Environmental Judge Daniel Hawkins signed orders on Thursday requiring owner Ebrahim Hooshiarnejad to follow city codes at his properties at 611 Marion Road, the site of the May 1, 2015 fire; 521 and 659 Marion Road; 521 Innis Ave.; 1889-1891 Federal Parkway on the city's South Side; and 2040 Hamilton Road on the East Side.
