Over 3,000 AEP customers without power in Franklin Co.

COLUMBUS -- Traffic lights are out for two miles along Sawmill Road. The outage happened due to a tree falling on a transmission line that provides power to the area, causing 3,175 AEP customers to lose power.AEP crews are working on scene and the expected time for restoration is 5 p.m.
