OSU bus crash has union pointing fingers at university

On November 23 at 6:48 a.m., a bus was traveling along John Herrick Drive when it was suddenly struck by a box truck that had run a red light.The bus, according to witnesses, was so full of people that they were standing up in the aisle, something they say is routine at that time of day.The crash sent 20 people to the hospital.
