OSHP to hold remembrance ceremony today

The Ohio State Highway Patrol will honor fallen troopers today.The annual ceremony will take place at the patrol's training academy this afternoon in front of a black granite memorial.It is engraved with the names of 40 officers and support personnel killed in the line of duty since 1933.The most recent name is Trooper Kenneth Velez, who was killed in September when a car hit him during a traffic stop.
