OSHP identifies man killed in Pickerington crash

PICKERINGTON - Refugee Road in Pickerington is back open after it was closed several hours Thursday morning due to a deadly crash.It happened around 1 a.m. in front of the Pickerington Police Department. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 25-year-old Miguel A. J. Correa-Cintron, of Delaware, was traveling westbound on Refugee Road when his car veered off the roadway and into a tree.Correa-Cintron died at the scene. Investigators say he was not wearing a seatbelt.Police had to shut down
