OSHP captures inmate worker who escaped Pickaway County Jail

PICKAWAY COUNTY, Ohio - The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office says an inmate worker who walked away from the Pickaway County Jail Wednesday morning is now back in custody.The escape happened around 5 a.m. at 600 Island Rd, Circleville.Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers found Steven E. Stephenson around 11 Wednesday night in the area of US 23 and Countyline Road in northern Ross County.
