OSHP: Alcohol likely played role in deadly Knox County crash

MOUNT GILEAD -- The Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a single-vehicle fatal crash that happened on Tuesday at approximately 5:39 p.m. in Pike Township in Knox County.The crash occurred on Treaty Road, just north of North Liberty Road.Troopers say that Tyler J. Niebel, 29, ofButler, was driving a 2001 Ford Ranger southbound on Treaty Road when he went off the right side of the roadway. He struck an embankment, a utility pole, a fence and an underground gas line pole before his
