OSHP: 24 people treated for possible overdose at Ross Correctional Institution

CHILLICOTHE -- The Ohio State Highway Patrol is reporting several guards and inmates have been exposed to an unknown substance at Ross Correctional Institution.Troopers tell 10TV that 24 people -- including inmates, guards and staff -- are being treated for a possible overdose.
