Orange barrels sprouting for construction season

Central Ohio commuters will be sharing local roads with more orange barrels and construction equipment this spring as the weather breaks and the start of the road-work season begins. State and local governments will spend billions in 2016 to repave road surfaces, widen lanes, redesign interchanges and build bridges.
