One prisoner captured after three escape correctional facility in Nelsonville

Heath Police have captured one of the three prisoners who escaped the SEPTA Correctional Facility in Nelsonville Friday and Saturday evenings.David Skeens was hiding with an adult at the Starlight Hotel on the 1300 block of Hebron Road.Skeens cooperated with the Heath Police department during the investigation and was arrested where he was transported to the Licking County Justice Center.The adult female has not been charged with any crimes at this time.Authorities in southeastern Ohio are still
