LICKING COUNTY, Ohio - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash along U.S. 40 in Licking County.OSHP said the crash happened around 4:15 p.m. near the intersection with Tollgate Road in Etna Township.According to OSHP, 23-year-old Donnald Simpson of Newark was operating a motorcycle in the eastbound lanes of U.S. 40.Investigators said a driver of a car pulled onto U.S. 40 from Tollgate Road as Simpson was approaching the intersection.OSHP said Simpson lost control, did not hit the
