One person injured after firework exploded in Fayette County

A man had to be transported to Wexner Medical Center Tuesday night after injuring his leg when a firework exploded.Firefighters responded to a permitted fireworks display in Jeffersonville where the licensed employee was hand-lighting fireworks, according to State Fire Marshal.Authorities said one of the racks that hold the fireworks in place exploded while the man was lighting it to set it off.According to the local fire department, the display passed all inspections.Spokesperson for the State
