One person dead after shooting in north Columbus

One person is dead after a shooting in north Columbus on Republic Ave.Columbus Police say they were responding to a report of gunshot and a man lying in the front yard.When they got there, officers found Bernard "Randy" Erby in the yard. He was pronounced dead moments later.
Witnesses say they could only describe hearing a gunshot and seeing a small car leaving afterwards.Stay with 10TV for updates on this story.
