One killed, one hospitalized after West Side crash

One man was killed and another hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash Wednesday on the West Side, Columbus police said. William Burks, 70, of Galloway, was driving a 2016 Ford Transit Connect van northbound on Grandview Avenue at 12:01 p.m. when he collided with a 1997 Honda Accord driven by Logan Kramer, 21, of Newark, that was turning left to enter the Interstate 670 westbound on-ramp, police said.
