One dead, two injured in head-on collision near fairgrounds

The collision occurred on E. 11th Avenue near Grogan Avenue just south of the fairgrounds about 3:39 a.m., according to Columbus police. A man driving a Toyota westbound on 11th that was struck by a Toyota that was driven eastbound on 11th by Greg Davis, 33. Davis and a passenger in his car, 32-year-old Brandon Pannell, were taked to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center and are listed in stable condition.
