Ohioans ready to cast ballots as early voting starts today

For Nancy Kenish, it was no ordinary Tuesday morning. It was the day she had been waiting for a very long time. The 68-year-old, who lives in Lewis Center, had been waiting at the Delaware County Board of Elections office since 7 a.m. She was the first to vote in the county.
