Ohio University student sentenced in fatal shooting

A 21-year-old Ohio University student has been sentenced to three years in prison after he pleaded guilty to charges related to a fatal shooting, even though he was not the shooter. Athens County Common Pleas Judge Patrick J. Lang sentenced John Michael Fults-Ganey, of Athens, on Wednesday after he pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and conspiracy, county Prosecutor Keller Blackburn said in a news release.
