Ohio Transmission acquires PK Controls of Plain City

Ohio Transmission Corp., a seller of industrial equipment and services in Columbus, is growing with the acquisition of a Plain City engineering services company. PK Controls of Plain City, with 74 employees, will add to the services provides by OTC, which now has about 900 employees and has offices across much of the South and Midwest.
