Ohio to delay executions until 2017

Ohio has canceled executions for 2016, giving 12 death-row inmates up to three more years to live. The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction announced the revised execution schedule on Monday. Agency spokeswoman JoEllen Smith said the executions are being pushed back because the state is having difficulty getting lethal-injection drugs.
