Ohio suspect in coal executive’s slaying was plotting to steal vehicle, prosecutor says

WILLIAMSON, W.Va. (AP) — A prosecutor says authorities believe a suspect in the fatal shooting of former coal executive Bennett Hatfield was plotting with a co-defendant to steal a vehicle.
