Ohio State veterinary school lands 'transformational' $39 million gift
Ohio State University announced this afternoon that its veterinary school will receive a $39 million gift from the foundation established by the late Frank Stanton, an alumnus and longtime president of CBS. It will provide new faculty and staff positions, facilities and an endowed program to advance the field of veterinary education. The gift from the Stanton Foundation is one of the largest made as part of the university's "But for Ohio State" giving campaign, which closes Thursday.
