Ohio State to again require wrist bands for Mirror Lake jump

For the third year, Ohio State University officials will put up fences and issue wristbands in an effort to keep students from hurting themselves when they gather to jump into Mirror Lake on Tuesday, in an annual event the university doesn’t officially recognize.
