Ohio State issues safety alert after armed robbery near campus

Ohio State University has issued a neighborhood safety warning after an armed robbery near campus Thursday afternoon.Columbus police responded to Summit Street between E. Lane and E. Northwood Avenues around noon.Ohio State said three victims, who are not affiliated with the university, were robbed at gunpoint inside their residence by three males wearing dark clothing and bandanas over their faces.The suspect fled in a white 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis which belonged to one of the victims.Columb
