Ohio State Highway Patrol Troopers stop mobile meth lab

One person is in custody after Ohio State Highway Patrol said they stopped a mobile meth lab Friday.According to Highway Patrol, a vehicle was stopped on US 23 in Delaware County for a speeding violation just after 2 p.m.The driver was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.
