Ohio State Highway Patrol says drugged driver violations are increasing

The Ohio Highway Patrol says the images captured on cruiser dash cams are as disturbing as they are more frequent.Troopers armed with Narcan, the drug that reverses opiate overdose, heard yelling 'wake up,wake up,and 'c'mon buddy, c'mon' to unconscious victims who, moments earlier, were driving down the highway."What we do know is that impaired drugged driving has continued to increase," Lt. Robert Sellers said.The Highway Patrol began to closely track drugged driving violations in 2016. Trooper
