Ohio State expanding beer sales, limiting bag allowances at Ohio Stadium

Starting with the upcoming 2016-17 football season, beer is going stadium-wide at Buckeye football games. Proceeds from the sales will pay for two new full-time, year-round university police officers — a cost of about $300,000.
