Ohio State diving ex-coach plans not-guilty plea in sexual battery case

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — A former Ohio State diving club coach plans to plead not guilty when he's arraigned on charges related to allegations that he had sex with a diver when she was a teenager.Thirty-two-year-old Will Bohonyi, of Columbus, is charged with sexual battery and pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor.Defense attorney Brad Koffel has said Bohonyi will plead not guilty Wednesday in Franklin County court. Koffel says the case isn't as bad as it has been portrayed.F
