Ohio State, Columbus plan partnership on preschools

Ohio State University and the city of Columbus plan to announce a partnership today that will help 100 preschool teachers who work in certain neighborhoods with full-ride scholarships. White House officials are also expected to attend the event at 10 a.m. at the Reeb Avenue Community Center, 280 Reeb Ave., to announce the program.
