Ohio Senate looks to tweak medical marijuana proposal

The Senate is expected to make a handful of changes today to a House-passed medical marijuana bill, including who is responsible for crafting the rules and regulations. The bill, which leaders still hope to pass before lawmakers break in June, is expected to retain many of the House-passed restrictions, including a ban on home-grown marijuana and a prohibition against smoking while still allowing vaping.
