Ohio schools’ exam results show Columbus fared poorly

The Ohio Department of Education has released the raw results of last spring’s statewide exams for public schoolchildren. Because this was the first — and last — time that Ohio will use two of the four tests — the English and math assessments created by PARCC — local school officials question the usefulness of these results, which were released on Friday.
