Ohio ranks 30th nationally in internet use, with Appalachian counties lagging

Most people in Ohio have access to the internet, according to a new study from Connect Ohio, but adoption hasn't grown since 2013 and some parts of the state, such as Appalachian counties, lag more-urban areas.
