Ohio museum to display Lincoln-signed copies of 13th Amendment, Emancipation Proclamation

CINCINNATI (AP) — Rare copies of the 13th Amendment and the Emancipation Proclamation will be on display at a downtown Cincinnati museum about 150 years after President Abraham Lincoln signed the documents.
