Ohio may owe $1.8 million to school-building contractor

The Ohio School Facilities Commission could owe $1.8 million to a contractor in a legal dispute over the construction of 12 dormitories at the Ohio State School for the Blind and Ohio School for the Deaf in Clintonville.
