NEW LEXINGON, Ohio -- A man was arrested after authorities discovered a methamphetamine lab in his car -- next to a 2-year-old child.The Perry County Sheriff said 34-year-old Charles E. Huff was pulled over Friday on Mill Street in New Lexington.
