Ohio lawmaker seeks ban on suspending young students
COLUMBUS, Ohio — An Ohio lawmaker is considering legislation to ban suspensions and expulsions of students in the third grade or younger unless a student threatens to harm.The Cincinnati Enquirer reports state Sen.
