Ohio DACA recipient hopes for a solution in the latest immigration debate

An environmental engineering major at The Ohio State University is no easy task but for 25-year-old Zackariah Farah, it's taken eight years.“Imagine going to school, you can't get a job, you're barely scraping by and your parents still have to pay tuition,” Farah explains, “We couldn't sustain that anymore.”In 2010, Zackariah couldn't drive or work because of his citizenship status. He also wasn’t eligible for certain loans or the FAFSA to help pay for his tuition.H
