Ohio couple charged after baby dies from ingesting heroin

An Ohio couple are charged with involuntary manslaughter and child endangering after their 11-month-old son died from ingesting heroin. Franklin County prosecutor Ron O'Brien says medics pronounced Dominic Dickinson dead after responding to a report of a baby not breathing at a Columbus home on May 13. O'Brien says the baby ingested heroin and fentanyl, a powerful painkiller.
