Ohio Black Legislative Caucus gathers in Cincinnati alongside NAACP convention

The 13 members of the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus have gathered in Cincinnati this weekend for a convention to discuss infant mortality rates among African-Americans, establishing a livable minimum wage and enacting criminal justice reform, among other issues.
