An Ohio lawmaker wants to give judges the power to decide whether older teenagers who commit violent crimes should face charges in adult court.House Bill 394 would eliminate mandatory bind overs to adult court for 16 and 17-year-olds accused of crimes like aggravated robbery, felonious assault, and murder.Franklin County prosecutor, Ron O'Brien, said violent crimes committed by teens aren't uncommon."Some of our more serious and violent crimes are being committed by 16 and 17-year-olds," O'Brien
