Ohio-based Charleys Philly Steaks to open in Elyria

The chain - which has close to 600 locations total - has about dozen restaurants in malls throughout Northeast Ohio. Charley Shin founded the restaurant in 1986 on the campus of Ohio State University in Columbus.
