Ohio 12th District Republican candidate files lawsuit against Husted

A Republican candidate who ran in the Congressional 12th District primary back in May has filed a lawsuit.Melanie Leneghan filed a complaint in court against Secretary of State Jon Husted and the Muskingum and Franklin County Boards of Election questioning if proper procedures were used for an official recount that was supposed to take place on June 6.Leneghan lost a close race in the May 8 Primary to Republican state Sen. Troy Balderson, of Zanesville.The complaint says that the Muskingum Count
