OH lawmakers at odds over bill calling for medical marijuana program audit

State Senator Bill Coley says he doesn't want to delay the medical marijuana program and that is why he has introduced his bill that calls for an audit of the program and how the state's Department of Commerce scored the applications. His concern is the cloud of uncertainty over the validity of the scoring may cause a court to put the whole program on hold until that uncertainty can be resolved.
