O'Brien, Klein disagree about politics in prosecutor's office

The Franklin County prosecutor’s race pits a Republican incumbent who calls himself nonpartisan against a Democratic challenger who says politics have played a role in how the office handles certain cases. Zach Klein, the challenger, is running a TV ad that accuses incumbent Ron O’Brien of “failing to prosecute charter schools that rip off taxpayers or to prosecute fellow Republicans.”
