NWS: Tornado touched down in southern Ohio

The National Weather Service confirmed a tornado touched down in Vinton County Saturday evening.According to NWS, the EF-1 tornado began at 6:48 pm along Locust Grove Rd.The tornado reached 105 mph winds, snapping trees and damaging a barn roof.
