NTSB has voice recorder, video of Akron plane that crashed, killing nine

AKRON — Investigators have recovered the cockpit voice recorder from an Ohio plane crash that killed nine people. The National Transportation Safety Board also said Wednesday that it has reviewed surveillance video that shows the plane seconds before it hit an unoccupied apartment building in Akron. The vice chairman from the NTSB says the video shows the plane flying at a low altitude Tuesday afternoon and banking to left before it exploded into flames and a cloud of black smoke.
